What Does this stool Test Result Mean?

Good day! I just want to ask about the result of my baby stool exam. My baby is already 4months. Do I need to bring her in our pediatrician? I hope you can answer my question. Thank u in advance. Here s the result: Color: yellowish Consistency:soft Pus cell:3-4/hpf RBC:0-1/hpf Bacteria:plenty Fat globules:few Parasites: no ova or parasite seen

Hello

Your baby's findings may indicate colitis(bowel infection).This is indicated by presence of pus cells,occasional RBC and plenty of bacteria in stool.
Your baby may need clinical correlation and stool RE/ME,stool culture and sensitivity.
Baby may need antibiotics based on culture report.
Baby should be allowed adequate fluids.
